CRD Email Agent is a local-first desktop utility for one user and one dedicated mailbox. It sends approved email sequences, checks for replies, stops matched follow-ups and returns conversations to a person for review.

The app checks one IMAP Inbox, matches replies and cancels that contact's remaining follow-ups.
Protect opt-outs
Visible opt-out instructions, global suppression and future-import checks help prevent another send to an unsubscribed address.
Return decisions to a person
Review unclear or positive replies, write a response, close the item or hand the stored conversation to a colleague.
Use AI only if you choose
Email sending and mailbox monitoring work without AI. An optional external AI API can classify or summarise selected information, but proposed actions still require approval.
Requirements & limitations
Know the operating conditions.
Requires 64-bit Windows 10 or 11. It is not supplied for macOS, Linux, Android or iOS.
The computer must be awake, online and running the app when mailbox checks or scheduled messages are due.
The dedicated mailbox must allow authenticated SMTP and IMAP with a password or app password. OAuth is not implemented in this version.
Campaigns and matched reply text are stored in a local SQLite database that is not encrypted. The mailbox password is separately protected with Windows DPAPI.
External AI requires separate API access. The provider may charge for usage and selected campaign or reply data may be transmitted to it.
This is a local desktop tool, not a hosted service, shared-team platform or unattended Windows service.

Download the ZIP and verify its SHA-256 checksum.

Extract the complete ZIP into a normal folder. Do not run the installer from inside the ZIP preview.

Run Install CRD EMAIL AGENT for WIN.exe. Administrator rights are not intended to be required.

Read the supplied manual and the app's offline Help before connecting a live mailbox.

Test SMTP and IMAP using a dedicated sender mailbox and one recipient address that you control.

Confirm the first message, reply matching, follow-up cancellation and opt-out handling before importing real contacts.
