Know what happens after checkout.

1. Digital products

The only paid product sold on this website is the Creation Dynamix CV Builder. It is a digital product. You receive your documents as downloads. Nothing is posted to you.

Payment is taken by PayFast. Prices are shown in South African rand before you pay. Creation Dynamix is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

What you receive and when you receive it are set out in the CV Builder delivery policy.

2. Creative and development services

Services are governed by the accepted quotation or project agreement, including milestones, approvals, revisions and handover. A deposit, reservation or completed stage may have different cancellation consequences depending on work already performed and mandatory law.

3. Refunds

For CV Builder purchases, the CV Builder refund and cancellation policy applies and sets out in full when a refund is given.

In short: you see your finished CV and approve it before you pay for it. A CV is written from the information you give us and is made for you alone. Once you have approved it and received it, it cannot be returned or unsent, and we do not refund because a customer changed their mind after approving.

We do refund where we were paid and did not deliver, where you were charged twice for the same CV, or where we decline to produce your CV before producing it.

Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under South African law.

To raise a problem, email support@creationdynamix.co.za with your order number, the email address you paid with, and a description of what went wrong. Do not send card details by email.

4. Defective or inaccessible files

If a paid file is corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed using the stated compatibility requirements, we will investigate and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund it. This does not cover an unstated use, incompatible software contrary to the listing, or modification after delivery.

5. Physical products

Creation Dynamix does not sell physical products. Nothing is posted or couriered to you.

6. Chargebacks and fraud

Please email support@creationdynamix.co.za first so legitimate problems can be resolved. We may provide the payment provider with order, delivery and communication evidence when investigating suspected fraud or a payment dispute, subject to the privacy notice and law.
