Returns & delivery
Know what happens after checkout.
Store not yet active: This framework must be finalised once actual products, fulfilment methods and the payment provider are known. It deliberately makes no invented delivery promises.
1. Digital products
Each listing will state the file type, approximate size, software compatibility, licence, delivery method and any download limits. Delivery is expected by secure download link or confirmation page after successful payment, but timing and fallback support must be tested before launch.
2. Creative and development services
Services are governed by the accepted quotation or project agreement, including milestones, approvals, revisions and handover. A deposit, reservation or completed stage may have different cancellation consequences depending on work already performed and mandatory law.
3. Refunds
Mandatory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and other applicable law will be honoured. A blanket “no refunds” policy is not used. Eligibility depends on the product or service, whether digital content has been accessed, defects, misdescription, work already completed and any statutory cooling-off right that applies.
Before requesting a refund, contact support email required with the order number, purchase email, description of the problem and supporting screenshots where relevant. Do not send card information.
4. Defective or inaccessible files
If a paid file is corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed using the stated compatibility requirements, we will investigate and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund it. This does not cover an unstated use, incompatible software contrary to the listing, or modification after delivery.
5. Physical products
No physical products are confirmed for launch. Before any are sold, this policy must add dispatch times, couriers, geographic limits, delivery charges, risk, failed delivery, returns address, return costs and inspection procedures.
6. Chargebacks and fraud
Please contact support first so legitimate problems can be resolved. We may provide the payment provider with order, delivery and communication evidence when investigating suspected fraud or a payment dispute, subject to the privacy notice and law.
