DELIVERY POLICY

What you receive

This is a digital service. Nothing is posted to you and there is no physical delivery.

When your payment is confirmed, you receive:

• Your full CV and your one page CV
• Each one as a PDF
• In the design you chose

When you receive it

Immediately. Your documents are available to download the moment your payment is confirmed, on the same screen, without waiting and without leaving the site.

They are also saved in your account, so you can sign in and download them again at any time during the six months we hold them. You do not need to keep the files on your phone.

We may also email them to you. Email is a convenience, not the delivery method. If the email does not arrive, or lands in your spam folder, your documents are still in your account.

Printing

Your CV is designed to print correctly on plain white A4 paper on an ordinary black and white printer. You can print it as many times as you like during the six months, at no extra charge.

If something goes wrong

If you paid and did not receive your CV, contact us at support@creationdynamix.co.za with the date and time of your payment. We will either deliver your CV or refund you in full. See the refund policy.

If your download fails, sign in to your account and try again. The documents stay there.

Do not pay twice. If you are not sure whether a payment went through, contact us before paying again.
